Set in a fantastic location with stunning views, Hazel Brow is the ideal backdrop for your event or celebration. The house and garden are at your disposal. We can offer use of the field below the house or the old Visitor Centre for indoor activities. The overflow car park at the farm is at the bottom of the hill and the river just a short walk away. Your event is only limited by your imagination.

Family Celebrations

Hazel Brow is the perfect location for entertaining friends and family. Book the house a few days before your guests arrive so everyone can be involved in the preparations. On the party day we can provide tables, seating, crockery, cutlery and glassware – you just provide the food the wine and the guests!

Civil Ceremonies

We’re licensed for civil ceremonies. Come and hold a house party wedding at Hazel Brow:- weekends, weekdays or even evenings – your bespoke, exclusive event.

Team building activities and venue hire

Corporate Events

Hazel Brow is a great base for team building and corporate events. We can accommodate up to 24 day time participants and 12 overnight guests sharing rooms. Camping facilities are available as well as our range of outdoor activities if you really want to challenge team members! (There is additional overnight accommodation in the village for delegates if required).

Christmas Celebrations

Create your own private Christmas party:- Relax after a day’s hiking, cycling or even goose herding, by a cosy log fire. Dine in or out, crash out for the night in our comfy rooms.  Set off next morning, refreshed, after a great ‘Swaledale Breakfast’.
